Dinner Parties

Enjoy five-star service in the comfort of your own home!

Impress your friends and have a hassle free evening. We provide complete dinner service for the evening till after dessert is served. You to take all the credit. Dinner party service includes:

• Four course meal including starter, salad or soup, entrée with appropriate side, and dessert

Prices are based on number of guests (including the host) plus the cost of groceries.

For groups of fewer than 25, let us take the stress out of your next gathering.

Perfect for cocktails, birthdays, showers, small weddings, anniversaries, or just because it's Tuesday, examples include:

Each event is different and prices vary based on menu complexity and number of guests. Prices generally range from $18 to $50 per person. Please contact us for a quote for your special event.

Cooking Classes

Our classes are hands-on and teach a variety of techniques.

Basic culinary skills are introduced and added as it relates to the class topic. You will have a chance to not only learn new skills and make new friends, but you'll get to try the results of your hard work too! Most classes will require you to bring your knife. Classes are held in the Fenton/Linden area.

Registration and payment are due five days in advance of the class. Dates and prices of classes are announced quarterly. Class size is limited to 6-8 participants, so register early to reserve your space!

Back to School Suppers Friday , Sept 15, 6-9 pm $30

With the kids back in school, simple, quick and healthy meals are a must. Learn shortcuts to speedy weeknight cuisine.

Market Trip-Not Just Another Pretty Place Saturday, Sept 16, 11a-1p $12

Our first field trip will take us out to the market. Learn to shop the produce section, how to tell what's in season, and what to look for when buying produce. We will also learn how to store fresh produce and how to avoid letting it become a science experiment in your refrigerator.

Cooking for a Crowd Friday, Oct 20, 6-9pm $30

Learn to wow them all this holiday season! After this class, you'll be armed with the tricks of the trade that allow you to entertain for the holidays without having to get up at the crack of dawn and will make you a guest in your own home.

Market Field Trip-This Place is a Meat Market Saturday, Oct 14,11-1 $12

Our second field trip will help take the mystery out of your mystery meat dinners. Learn the different cuts of meats and what to look for when buying. Next time you see meat on sale, you'll cook with confidence and save yourself some money in the process.

Elegant Hors D'Oeuvres Friday, Nov 10, 6-9p $30

Who doesn't love to graze? And during this time of the year, fast and easy finger foods are an absolute must. Learn to create delicious and beautiful dishes. We'll even learn to make some finger foods directly from what's in your pantry.

Beautiful Buffets Saturday, Nov 11, 10:30-12:30 $30

Before we eat with our mouths, we eat with our eyes. Continue to build your culinary skills by learning tricks every good caterer knows. Take your tabletop from bah-humbug to ba-da-boom this holiday season.

Cooking Parties

A fun alternative to a traditional dinner party, all you have to do is issue the invitations. The night of the party, the chef divides the guests into small groups to prepare a portion of the meal. A hands-on option featuring lots of learning, laughter, and great food!
